Richard Diplock taking on the South Coast Mighty Hike 2024

Richard Diplock, MD of The Green House Sussex will be walking 4 marathons in a week to raise money for the invaluable work done by Macmillan Cancer Support.

Richard is no stranger to challenges of this type, and this will be his 6th such event. He will start hiking 3 marathons across the South Downs in early June, culminating in the official Macmillan event on 8 June. Richard says:

“This is a cause close to my heart because of how this dreadful disease has blighted my family , and cost me my two best friends, one of whom Jeff Ellis , who a lot of you will know , was a very big supporter of the BTGA as Sales Director of the old VHB , which then became Wight Salads .

We have also lost a couple of dear colleagues at Green House Sussex recently, and the support MacMillan provides is invaluable.”
