Terms and conditions – British Tomato Fortnight #TastyToms Competition
The promoter is The British Tomato Growers’ Association whose registered office is at Rural Innovation Centre, Avenue H, Stoneleigh Park, Kenilworth, Warwickshire, CV8 2LG.
This competition will run across Instagram. Entrants should share their recipe on Instagram using the #TastyToms hashtag and tagging @britishtomatoes. If your account is private, please DM us your entry. Entrants have the chance to win a Le Creuset casserole dish and a delivery of British tomatoes.

Multiple entries per person are permitted.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Automated entries, bulk entries and third-party entries will be void.
Entrants must be aged 16+ to enter.
The competition is open to UK residents only and opens at 12:00 on Monday 20th May 2024.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
The closing date for entry is Sunday 9th June 2024 at 23:59. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.
Three finalists will be selected on Monday 10th June 2024 and their photographs will be shared on our Instagram. The promoter will then allow until Friday 14th June 2024 for Instagram users to like their favourite post to choose their winner. The post with the most likes will win and be announced on Friday 14th June 2024. The promoter will notify the winner when the prize will be issued.
All entrants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the successful entrant or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The successful entrant’s name will be published on The British Tomato Growers’ Association’s social media channels and website.
In the event that the prize notification is returned as undeliverable or the prize winner fails to validly reply within 24 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative prize winner.
In the event that a prize winner is disqualified from the competition, the promoter will select an alternative prize winner in the same manner as the original prize winner and such selection will be subject to the rules.
The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of the rules, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prize is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value, without giving notice.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
