Brie and tomato toast with honey, thyme and walnuts, by @lockdowncuisine_
Serves 2
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10 minutes
Method
1. Pre-heat oven 230C
2. Place bread on a baking sheet and spread your butter over each slice
3. Place in the oven and toast for 2-4 minutes. Remove from the oven and place your brie on top along with your thyme
3. Place back into the oven and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until your brie has melted
4. Remove from the oven, sprinkle your toasted walnuts and drizzle over your honey
5. Top with tomatoes, lightly drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper
